Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Radiology Department Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage administrative tasks, and support the Radiology Department in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer telephones and greet patients in a polite and friendly manner
  • Prepare requisitions for outpatients and manage patient records
  • Provide clerical support, including utilizing telephone, computer, and office equipment
  • Run errands throughout the facility and maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
  • 1 year experience in receptionist work preferred
  • Knowledge of terminology of Radiology tests preferred
  • High School diploma or Equivalent required
