Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiographer to join our team of dedicated professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic radiographic, cat scan, mammography, bone density, ultra sound, or special procedures according to department protocols. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic radiographic, cat scan, mammography, bone density, ultra sound, or special procedures according to department protocols.
  • Function as the first line interface with customers and ensure their imaging needs are met.
  • Participate in PI/QC activities and assist in maintaining performance improvement programs.
  • Oversee radiology area and/or staff in the manager's/director's absence.
  • Maintain department supplies and promote teamwork and good customer service.
  • Do scheduling for assigned sub-departments and maintain supplies and equipment for assigned sub-departments.
  • Process and transmit images to PACS.
Qualifications
  • Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
  • Appropriate national certifications in two modalities required.
  • Current BCLS (AHA).
  • Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.
  • One year of Acute Clinical Radiography preferred.
  • Graduate of a program accredited by ARRT.
  • Proficient computer skills.
