Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Customer Service Associate at FedEx Office and Print Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert advice on our products and services, and ensuring seamless operations in our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by anticipating customer needs, suggesting alternatives, and finding solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines, and recommend appropriate FedEx Office products and services.
  • Operations: Operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, move boxes and equipment, stock materials, manage the production queue and output, and complete assigned tasks based on priority.
  • Team Collaboration: Follow instructions of supervisors, assist other team members in performing store functions, and assist in the training of store team members.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Experience: 6+ months of specialized experience.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will be able to stand during entire shifts, move and lift 55 pounds, bend/twist at the waist and knees, communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members, and work with minimal supervision.
