Job Summary

The Accounts Payable Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the NFL in invoice entry, processing, and reporting. This position will assist with accounting-related questions and concerns while ensuring company policies and audit procedures are being followed.

Key Responsibilities

Process invoices, check requests, wire transfers, and new vendor setups
Support finance with reporting and analysis of invoicing and payments
Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships among various departments
Resolve questions and troubleshoot systematic issues
Assist in the new vendor process, PO creation, and knowledge of various NFL systems and budgeting tools

Requirements

2-3 years of accounts payable and/or finance experience preferred
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Strong Excel skills required
Experience using ERP tools
Bachelor's degree preferred

Work Environment

This position will be required to work 40 hours per week. No overtime or weekends are required.
