This position allows you to be a key business advisor, delivering tailored assurance services to middle-market clients.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as a trusted member of the engagement team, providing assurance and consulting services to commercial clients.
- Coordinating with clients and team members to manage audit planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up processes.
- Engaging proactively with clients throughout the year to gather necessary information for testing and addressing inquiries.
- Reviewing and conducting substantive testing on clients' financial statements.
- Assessing internal control deficiencies and recommending improvements.
- Participating in discussions with management regarding business recommendations based on findings.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field with sufficient coursework to qualify for the CPA exam.
- CPA certification preferred or actively pursuing completion of the exam.
- A minimum of two years of experience in financial statement auditing within a public accounting environment.
- Strong skills in time management, communication, interpersonal relations, collaboration, and problem-solving.
- Leadership, project management, organizational, and analytical skills, along with adaptability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is preferred.
