Job Description
The Junior Merchandise will work closely with factories and suppliers in China to better serve customers in US, especially for The Home Depot and LOWE's. As a result-oriented and customer-focused team member, you will be responsible for creating a safety inventory plan based on sales trend, sales demand, and lead time. You will propose procurement and replenishment needs based on inventory levels and cooperate with 3PL to put products in storage based on sales orders.

You will make orders and perform inbound and stocktaking in SAP, monitor inventory levels in time to ensure inventory turnover and fulfill rates of sales, and cooperate with 3PL to deal with inactive and defective inventory, rejected goods, and inspection. Additionally, you will implement stocktaking to check data alignment with SAP and manage first-in, first-out and inventory scrap according to sales plans.

As an efficiency and cost-evaluator, you will assess the performance of 3PL based on inventory and revenue data, making improvement actions as needed. You will also settle expenses and implement stocktaking, allocation, and transfer when terminating 3PL cooperation. Finally, you will continuously improve inventory management processes and make and review inventory reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require 3-5 years of experience in inventory and domestic fulfillment, preferably with 3PL and direct import knowledge. Strong communication skills are necessary for working with overseas factories, and proficiency in WMS and SAP is required. A Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, supply chain, or related fields is preferred.
