Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Detailing Specialist - Inventory Coordinator to join our team. As an essential member of our operations, you'll play a crucial role in tracking and monitoring vehicle maintenance, performing inspections, and working with management to repair or reject inventory based on estimated cost of repairs and overall quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles for cosmetic standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring timely processing and accurate records.
  • Vehicle Movement: Prepare and move vehicles throughout the distribution center for retail.
  • Daily Inventory Updates: Record daily inventory of vehicles arriving from auctions.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols to prevent spills and hazards.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license and good driving record necessary.
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
