Job Summary

Range Generation Next LLC is seeking a highly skilled Computer Support Specialist III to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and maintenance of our mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot end-user and network devices, including computers, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
  • Deploy and configure end-user and network devices via MECM and PXE deployments.
  • Install and troubleshoot third-party software on end-user devices, including Adobe Reader, Microsoft Office, and browsers.
  • Provide touch labor services, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of physical hardware.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft-related applications, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Experience evaluating and fixing STIG settings on end-user devices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, and/or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Five or more years of relevant experience working in Information Technology.
  • Security+, CySA+, GICSP, or similar certification meeting DoD/DoD baseline certification for IAT Level II.
  • CE (Computer Environment) Linux+, Server+, or similar certification meeting DoD/DoD baseline certification for IAT Level II.
  • Experience applying extensive knowledge of Cyber Security field concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • PowerShell, VBS, or other scripting language experience.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. passport.
  • Must be able to relocate to the United States Army Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands.
  • Flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Ability to bend, lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted, twist, and climb stairs.
  • Travel by plane, helicopter, and/or boat to conduct work activities on outer islands is required.
