  • Overseeing and owning the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including timely and accurate preparation of all financial statements

  • Leading the financial integration for acquisitions
  • Collaborating on the enhancement of current product costing methodologies
  • Leading relationships with external auditors and tax advisors
  • Providing support for the annual budgeting and planning process
  • Influencing change across the organization to support increasingly complex operations
  • Complying with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
Required Skills & Abilities

Education & Experience

We require a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a CPA, MS degree in Finance or Accounting, or MBA being a strong plus. A minimum of 10 years of experience with a mix of public accounting and public or private company experience is preferred, especially in consumer goods manufacturing.

Work Environment

This role requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Occasional travel may be required.
