Ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Aerospace or Manufacturing setting
- Proficient in laying up skins on form tools with limited oversight
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and process specifications
- Familiarity with various insulation materials and fabric coverings
- Experience in building, vacuum bagging, and curing using air circulator ovens or autoclaves
- Skilled in cutting materials as necessary for fabrication
- Competence in using measuring tools such as Vernier dial calipers, micrometers, tape measures, weight scales, and pie tapes.

Required Skills:
- Proficient in using cements, coatings, release agents, sealants, and plastic laminators
- Capable of insulating a diverse range of ducts with minimal supervision
- Maintain satisfactory production levels in terms of both quality and quantity.
