At Medtronic, we're looking for a talented Principal Equipment Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Maintenance Excellence function, you'll play a vital role in driving innovation and excellence in equipment design and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish best practice standards for equipment requirements and maintenance
- Deploy Enterprise Maintenance Excellence road map as part of Medtronic Performance System
- Provide technical expertise on equipment performance and reliability
- Develop and deploy equipment and maintenance excellence solutions
- Define and write preventative and predictive maintenance strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field with minimum 7 years of direct equipment or maintenance engineering experience
- Or advanced degree in Engineering with minimum 5 years of direct equipment or maintenance engineering experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of direct equipment or maintenance engineering experience
- Excellent team building, communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
