We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Guestroom Inspector to join our team. As a Housekeeping Guestroom Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting and assuring that guestrooms and public areas are cleaned to exacting standards. You will also train and coach our housekeeping staff to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and service.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and assure that guestrooms and public areas are cleaned to exacting standards
  • Train and coach housekeeping staff to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and service
  • Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure that all guestrooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained
  • Identify and report any areas for improvement in our housekeeping processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
