About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Denver. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guestrooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be essential in delivering an exceptional experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and assure that guestrooms and public areas are cleaned to exacting standards
  • Train and coach housekeeping staff to ensure consistency and quality
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
