We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Rooms Inspector to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. As a Rooms Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and cleanliness in our guest rooms.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect guest rooms after being cleaned by Housekeepers to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Complete checklists to report the cleanliness and condition of each assigned area.
- Identify room assignments and type of cleaning required for each room.
- Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
- Enter guest rooms following procedures for gaining access and ensuring vacancy before entering.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 55 pounds.
