Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in facilitating patient understanding of treatment needs and advocating for patients to make treatment affordable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate patient understanding of treatment needs and advocate for patients to make treatment affordable
  • Responsible for the new patient process for all new patients
  • Taking x-rays and using intra-oral camera
  • Patient education and discussing treatment plans
  • Being familiar with patients' benefits and helping them maximize them/insurance benefit checks
  • Financial presentations for any treatment, presenting payment options, and effectively work with patients to secure financial arrangements and take payments
  • Being knowledgeable and help patients with financial options available
  • Following sequence for unscheduled appointments
  • Report numbers to practice administrator
  • Explain, promote and adhere to practice payment policies and procedures
  • Support the business team member in duties they need assistance with
