Job Description:

This is a 13-week travel assignment with 32 hours of work per week, 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions to promote patient independence and functional ability.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of New Jersey.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a COTA in a hospital or rehabilitation setting.
