Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Associate to join our Alpharetta, GA team. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent client services, navigating the healthcare system, and supporting clients in achieving their health-related goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate information to incoming client inquiries and address concerns through effective resolution strategies.
  • Navigate multiple platforms to locate healthcare data and explain health plan information accurately.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically to clients with healthcare navigation challenges, through various channels (predominantly via telephone, email, and chat).
  • Create touchpoints with clients to offer individualized offerings/services tailored to their specific needs.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ yrs. of specific Call Center Customer Service Experience (inbound and/or outbound calls)
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred but not required
  • Strong Critical Thinking/Analysis & Problem-Solving Skills with Excellent Time Management Ability
  • Proficient in Communication (especially listening & speaking with clear diction over the phone)
  • Ability to work with a team & communicate on the phone for scheduled shift
  • Proficiency with basic computer programs
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare related field
  • Public Health Coordination Background, Health Navigation, or Claims Management Experience
