Private Duty Nurse LVN: Part-Time Weekend Nights

Job Summary:
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a skilled Private Duty Nurse - LVN to provide high-quality care to our patients in the Victoria, TX area. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will work closely with our patients and their families to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet their unique needs.
Responsibilities:
- Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Document care provided in our system of record
- Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease prevention
- Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required
Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered LVN license in the state of Texas
- Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
- 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
