Private Duty Nurse LVN: Part-Time Weekend Nights

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LVN to join our team as a Private Duty Nurse. As a Private Duty Nurse with Aveanna, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Document care provided in our system of record
- Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease management
- Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required
- Active, unencumbered LVN license in the state of practice
- CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
