We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Urology/Gynecology Clinic team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our physicians, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including conducting physical exams, taking medical histories, and ordering diagnostic tests as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient preferences and values.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between healthcare settings.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure informed decision-making and optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices in urology and gynecology.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of West Virginia or ability to obtain licensure.
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
