The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of employment law and labor legal concerns, including applying California law, regulations, and policy. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of contacts, are essential.
This position will report to the Associate General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer and will be responsible for providing legal guidance on issues related to workplace diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in labor and employment legal matters, including federal and California law. An undergraduate degree and Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA accredited law school are required.
