Dental Regional Director

The Dentele Group seeks an exceptional Regional Operations Manager to lead our dental practices in achieving operational excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth, improve patient outcomes, and enhance the overall patient experience.
We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $160,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:- Business Growth and Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute regional business plans, driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Operational Oversight: Provide operational oversight to multiple dental practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Leadership and Development: Lead meetings and training sessions for practice management teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Proven track record of success in multi-site dental practice management, with 5+ years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Prior P&L management experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically.
