Key Responsibilities:

Your Role Will Involve:

  • Generating relevant departmental reports and conducting data analysis.
  • Evaluating clinical site data and preparing presentations for academic partners.
  • Managing data within Clinical Education Management Systems.
  • Providing systems support to colleagues and external partners.
  • Assisting the Clinical Education Operations Manager with various project needs.
  • Confirming clinical education sites and specialty settings following contract procurement across all healthcare education disciplines.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and external partners through effective communication.
  • Supporting the Director of Clinical Operations and management team in identifying areas for improvement and project requirements within the clinical education team.
  • Ensuring compliance training in relevant regulations and standards is current.
  • Assisting in identifying and rectifying data entry errors using established quality control measures.
  • Tracking essential data using departmental systems for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining contact lists for University Partners and the Clinical Education department.
  • Collaborating with the Director of Clinical Operations and Clinical Education Managers as necessary.
  • Assisting Clinical Education Managers in managing playbooks, processes, and workflows related to Clinical Education Systems.
  • Preparing meeting agendas and recording minutes.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

College Degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
