Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Applications Analyst III to join our team at the University of Maryland Medical System. As a key member of our healthcare technology team, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing user needs for developing and modifying clinical or business applications in the healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide complex application support and write documentation and specifications
  • Analyze complex results and propose solutions and/or recommendations
  • Build, configure, and/or modify applications using existing application tools
  • Develop complex specifications for all aspects of applications
  • Maintain knowledge of problem analysis, hardware/software configurations, and application integration
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a health, science, or business field, or an equivalent level of professional experience
  • Five years progressively responsible experience in information applications, including one year performing programming or applications analysis
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree in a related field
  • Additional certifications may be required
