About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Justice Court Clerk to join our team at Gila County, AZ. As a key member of our court administration team, you will play a critical role in facilitating the process of new case filings, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective assistance to customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Case Filing and Management: Process incoming cases, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with court procedures and regulations.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of court clerk experience and knowledge of case processing systems or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer software and office equipment.
  • Certifications: Must possess and maintain a valid Arizona Driver's License if position duties require.
Work Environment
