About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing Representative - Music Industry. As a representative of The Orchard, you will be responsible for promoting our artists and their music to the college community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our artists and their music to the college community.
  • Build relationships with local influencers, DJs, and student organizations to create awareness and excitement for our artists.
  • Manage and maintain a strong social media presence to promote our artists and their music.
  • Research and identify opportunities for in-person marketing initiatives, such as listening events and campus activations.
  • Attend local and campus events to promote our artists and their music.
  • Submit regular reports on marketing successes and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student in a 4-year university in the Philadelphia area with a minimum of 2 years left prior to graduation.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing and ability to create engaging content.
  • Passion for music and understanding of how peers discover and consume music.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Availability of 20 hours per week.
  • Flexibility to participate in team conference calls and tour coverage.
