Associate Property Representative

Job Summary

Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Associate Property Representative to support the Corporate Contracts organization. The successful candidate will utilize their expertise in US Federal Government Property Administration to administer Property Management System (PMS) activities, ensuring compliant records management, program support, and regulatory and contract reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of all property for all 10 FAR identified outcomes (Acquisition through Closeout).
  • Reconcile inventory performed by the Local Property Coordinator (LPC) to records and initiate resulting actions, such as losses, disposition, transfers, etc.
  • Initiate disposition actions for excess property and ensure property documentation is submitted upon completion.
  • Initiate closeout actions at the end of a contract and prepare certifications.
  • Under supervision, provide training, guidance, and property support to the line program team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma with less than two years' experience.
  • Ability to follow and execute direction.
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Property Management (NPMA) CPPS certification.
  • College degree in Business Administration.
Pay Range

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
