We offer an attractive hourly rate of $42+ per hour, ensuring consistent compensation across direct therapy sessions, planning periods, and indirect hours. This guarantee provides stability and peace of mind for our dedicated team members.

Job Description

This challenging yet rewarding role involves evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, voice, and fluency issues. You will create personalized education programs, provide direct therapy, and track progress while adjusting treatment plans as needed. Effective collaboration with school staff, teachers, and parents is essential to address communication challenges and support students' growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Virginia Teaching Certification optional
  • Virginia SLP license required
  • ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
  • A fast and reliable computer & internet connection
