Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of professional engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in Parts Obsolescence management, including DMSMS analysis aligned with DoD SD-22.
  • Experience in evaluating technical documentation and reports to formulate life cycle management strategies and reports that support product sustainment and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of statistical theories and modeling techniques.
  • Familiarity with reliability modeling and forecasting in accordance with MIL-HDBK-217, MIL-STD-690, MIL-STD-765, ANSI-GEIA-STD-009, or similar industry standards.

Required Analytical Skills:

  • Conducting Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
  • Performing Fault Tree Analysis (FTA).
  • Executing Reliability Modeling and Predictions.
  • Carrying out Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Analysis.
  • Implementing Level of Repair Analysis (LORA).
  • Conducting Supportability Analysis (SA).
  • Developing Technical Manuals.
  • Creating Training Materials.

Experience in:

  • Requirements development, hardware and software design, and verification processes.

Educational Background:

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is required. A Master's degree in a relevant area may be considered equivalent to 2 years of engineering experience.
