At Clarks, we recognize the importance of attracting and retaining top talent. Fair compensation is a key aspect of achieving this goal. Our pay ranges reflect our good faith effort to pay fairly, commensurate with an ideal candidate's experience and qualifications, or as required by state and local wage laws.

The current pay range for this role is $15.80 per hour, which may be modified by Clarks at any time.

We offer a monthly bonus program, where employees can earn $100 per month if the store meets its Sales Plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Manager on Duty for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager
  • Consistently deliver positive sales performance
  • Organize store merchandise and back stock, ensuring proper product placement
  • Oversee shipment receipt and maintain a clean work environment
  • Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures
  • Practice exceptional customer service skills
  • Upsell customers on multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate
  • Exemplify the Clarks Brand
  • Follow loss prevention and shrinkage policies and procedures
  • Create a comfortable work environment for colleagues
  • Physical Requirements: Standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing, moving ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs
