Automation Personnel Services is seeking dedicated Field Service Installation Technicians for a prominent company located in Alpharetta, GA. This role involves extensive travel across the United States, as the company is expanding its workforce nationwide. In this position, you will be tasked with traveling to various locations to install commercial food and beverage service equipment at both new and renovated sites, along with performing related responsibilities.
Compensation
Annual salary ranges from $45,000 to $60,000, depending on experience.
Work Schedule
This is a project-based role requiring three weeks of work followed by one week of paid leave.
Key Responsibilities of Field Service Installation Technicians
  • Collaborate with teams to travel to multiple job sites throughout the country for extended durations.
  • Install commercial equipment such as soda fountains, ovens, refrigerators, slushy machines, and beer coolers.
  • Maintain an organized and well-kept service vehicle, ensuring all tools and inventory are properly managed and regularly inspected.
  • Ensure all equipment is functioning correctly, restock supplies as necessary, and keep tools accessible for efficient service.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and company policies while completing all tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for job duties.
  • Strong background in appliance installation and mechanical skills.
  • Experience in refrigeration, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC is essential.
  • EPA universal certification is mandatory.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to meet job demands.
  • Possession of a personal set of hand tools.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Successful completion of drug screening, background checks, and driving record evaluations is required upon hiring.
