We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to lead our construction projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of projects, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to secure permits and approvals.
  • Work with the Project Manager to create and maintain construction schedules, including critical path sequencing.
  • Lead field supervision, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Manage material flow and workforce access to work areas.
  • Conduct quality control inspections, ensuring subcontractor compliance.
  • Facilitate weekly subcontractor meetings to review progress and plan future work.
  • Oversee inspections to ensure code compliance with local, state, and federal standards.
  • Report and resolve any site conflicts, non-compliance, or progress issues with management.
  • Keep daily logs of site activities, addressing deficiencies and issuing non-compliance notices when necessary.
  • Meet regularly with management to track project progress, budgets, and schedules.
  • Assist in budgeting, bidding, and contract awarding to subcontractors and vendors.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of commercial or government construction experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software tools.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass government background checks.
