Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at Turner Construction. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Supervise and mentor junior project managers and engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage and resolve conflicts, issues, and risks associated with project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including Microsoft Project, Primavera, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
