About the Role

As a seasoned Construction Project Manager, you will oversee daily field operations to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met. You will supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain project schedules and quality standards. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Your responsibilities will also include conducting regular site inspections and maintaining detailed reports. You will collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to address and resolve any issues promptly. This role requires a strong leadership and team management skills, as well as mastery of reading construction drawings. Proficiency in PlanGrid, Ranken, and Bluebeam is highly preferred. You will also be responsible for fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
