We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CT Technologist PRN to join our diagnostic imaging team at HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality CT scans and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Select and adjust technical factors for CT scans to ensure optimal image quality
- Operate CT scanners, pressure injectors, and other equipment to perform diagnostic exams
- Prepare and position patients for exams, ensuring their safety and comfort
- Document patient information and exam results accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with patients, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification
- State Registered Radiologic Technician certification
- Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
