Adamas Building Services is seeking an exceptional Lead Concierge to join our team. As a leading expert in the Residential Services market, we provide exceptional experiences for our residents in luxury communities throughout New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service skills to meet the needs of residents and guests
- Meet and greet residents and guests to determine the nature of their visit
- Direct guests and visitors to appropriate destinations
- Check-in and announce incoming guests
- Receive packages and deliveries
- Resolve complaints from residents and guests
- Perform basic clerical duties, including answering telephones, faxing, copying, and other administrative tasks
- Fold and wash towels
- Perform light organization and cleaning of assigned work areas
Requirements:
- Prior experience working in a Front Desk or Office environment
- Lead Front Desk experience preferred
- Ability to build positive relationships with high levels of interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
- Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
- Ability to lift boxes up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work and stand on feet for several hours
- Proficiency in handling office equipment, including complex multi-lined telephones, printers, and copy machines
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours
- Pass comprehensive background checks
- Support the organization's vision, mission, and core values
