Home Health Nurse

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our float nursing pool in the Philadelphia region and surrounding areas.
This position offers the flexibility to work 10-12 shifts per month, providing 1:1 care to patients in their homes. As a Regional Float Nurse with BAYADA, you will:
- Perform 5-6 visits per day, focusing on individualized care for each patient.
- Deliver skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with patient care plans.
- Administer medication, provide wound care, and offer comfort care.
- Travel throughout the region based on census, with the flexibility to build your own schedule.
- Commit to 10-12 shifts per month, with premium rate differential and mileage reimbursement.
