Home Health Care Opportunity

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our float nursing pool in the Philadelphia region and surrounding areas.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide high-quality, one-on-one care to patients in their homes. As a member of our float nursing pool, you will have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts and build a schedule that suits your needs.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including wound care, medication administration, and comfort care.
  • Perform client assessments, provide education to patients and their families, and monitor patients' conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document patient care and progress in accordance with BAYADA's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of PA.
  • Previous home health experience required.
  • Ability to travel throughout the region based on our census.
  • Ability to deliver patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
  • Must commit to 10-12 shifts per month.
