Key Responsibilities:
The Triage Operations Supervisor oversees the comprehensive activities of the Triage Department. Key duties encompass personnel management, the formulation and implementation of workflows and protocols, staffing oversight, customer service evaluation, and staff competency assurance. This position acts as an administrative liaison with various departments concerning patient care, personnel matters, and operational functions.

Collaborating closely with Laureate Medical Group (LMG) leadership, this role is pivotal in managing and coordinating all operations to ensure clinical excellence, financial sustainability, service quality, and patient satisfaction.

Responsible for the daily operations and supervision of the designated team and all associated personnel.

Local travel within North Georgia is required during business hours.

Qualifications:
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- High School diploma or equivalent; a college degree is highly preferred.

- A minimum of 3 years of management experience in business, nursing, or a healthcare-related field; experience in people leadership is strongly preferred.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

- Strong problem-solving and team-building capabilities.

- Ability to identify, analyze, and prioritize issues, making informed management decisions.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related fields.

- Familiarity with basic medical terminology, general clinical knowledge, and insurance management.

- Experience with process improvement methodologies.

- A friendly, approachable demeanor.

- Management experience in a physician practice or other outpatient care setting.

- Ability to communicate effectively with patients both over the phone and in person.

7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
