Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations and styling advice.
- Drive sales through effective merchandising and visual presentation, ensuring that the sales floor is well-stocked, visually appealing, and easy to navigate.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that the store looks its best at all times.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the overall success of the store.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum one year sales associate or relevant experience in the services industry with proven results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally, and maneuver effectively around the sales floor and stock room.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
