About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Professional to join our team as a 3-month unpaid internship, with the potential to transition to a full-time paid role upon successful completion. As a Marketing Professional, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Digital Marketing Expert and gain hands-on experience in executing marketing strategies for a startup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in social media content creation and develop engaging content for our platform
  • Master email marketing and newsletter creation to build strong relationships with our creators
  • Help develop local marketing and offline marketing strategies to reach our target audience
  • Develop lists for local PR and Event marketing to increase brand visibility
  • Work directly with influencers to build strong relationships and drive growth
  • Build and execute paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions

Requirements

  • Be based in Los Angeles (applications outside of the LA area will not be considered)
  • Have over 30 hours of free time per week to commit to learning and working
  • Have at least 1 year of business experience or a degree
  • Have incredible verbal and written English skills
  • Have an interest in influencers and creator monetization
  • Have a desire to work in a startup/fast-paced environment
  • Have a hardcore work ethic
