Marketing and Sales Assistant

We are actively interviewing for a Marketing and Sales Assistant position to join our future-focused team. The core function of the Marketing and Sales Assistant is to meet with prospective consumers at events hosted by our team to promote our client's telecommunication services and generate new business and leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend events to establish and build rapport with consumers and promote our client's services
  • Create authentic relationships with consumers and use probing questions to determine a consumer's need and identify potential service solutions
  • Conduct one-on-one presentations for consumers that highlight our client's service solutions and promotions to create a customized experience
  • Work in a team-oriented setting and assist fellow Marketing and Sales Assistants with presentations, identifying areas for improvement, and evaluating the event's effectiveness
  • Attend daily and weekly meetings at our corporate office to maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our client's services, promotions, eligibility requirements, etc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication skills and an innate ability to build relationships and establish trust with various personalities
  • Reputation for being solution-focused, determined to succeed, and thrive in overcoming challenges
  • Energetic and tenacious team player
  • Dynamic forward-thinker looking to take their career to the next level
  • Possess an unquestionable work ethic and doesn't quit until the job is done
