Job Summary

Dynamic Renewables is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facility Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dairy-based facility, which utilizes mechanical and biological systems to process cow manure into value-added products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain Equipment: Monitor, operate, maintain, and repair a wide variety of assets and systems located at the assigned facility, including manure transfer pumps and piping, anaerobic digesters, water and nutrient recovery equipment, and biogas upgrading systems.
  • Conduct Maintenance Activities: Perform routine maintenance, non-routine maintenance, and repairs for stationary equipment, rotating equipment, and instrumentation and analytical equipment.
  • Collect and Analyze Samples: Collect, analyze, package, and ship samples of various gases, liquids, and solids, and document and report results.
  • Operate Vehicles and Equipment: Operate light trucks, off-road utility vehicles, and other equipment as needed.
  • Participate in Training and Safety Programs: Participate in all required training, both in-person sessions and remote learning modules, and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, and 3+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field, or an undergraduate degree in an applicable field.
  • Skills and Qualifications: General mechanical aptitude, valid driver's license, basic computer literacy, and experience with industrial safe work practices, hand tools, shop tools, diagnostic tools, and utility vehicles.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, kneel, sit, and walk, and to lift up to 75 pounds, and to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and humidity levels.
