Job Opportunity

Reno Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Research and initiate new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the Northern Nevada job market
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Utilize your marketing skills to design and distribute promotional materials, manage our database, and maintain a strong online presence
  • Network and attend industry events to build connections and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Knowledge of industrial fields and the Northern Nevada job market
  • Marketing experience, including design and distribution of promotional materials
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Proficient in computer skills and web literacy
