Job Opportunity

Reno Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Research and initiate new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the Northern Nevada job market and industrial fields
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Design and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote our services and attract new clients
  • Attend networking events and conferences to build connections and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Manage and expand our client database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Provide regular sales reports to the team, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Knowledge of industrial fields and the Northern Nevada job market
  • Marketing experience, including social media management and database maintenance
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Proficient in computer skills and web literacy
