NYU Grossman School of Medicine is a leading institution in medical education and research.
We are seeking a highly skilled Per Diem Senior Ultrasound Technologist to join our team in the Specialty department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic sonographic examinations utilizing ultrasonic equipment in various modes and techniques to locate, evaluate and record pertinent anatomical, pathological and functional data.
Key responsibilities include operating ultrasound equipment to make quality images, performing studies in required modalities, and providing training and guidance to Ultrasound Technology students.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate from an approved ultrasound/vascular technology education program, be Registered or registry eligible to take the Registry exam (ARDMS) within 1 year of hire date, and possess Cardiovascular Credentialed Int CCI and American Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer certifications.
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
NYU Grossman School of Medicine provides a competitive salary range of $65.00 hourly, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
