About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at a partnering hospital in York, Maine. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting examinations, preparing equipment, and writing reports based on scan results.

Ultrasound Technologist Responsibilities

  • Prepare exam rooms and ultrasound equipment for examinations
  • Recognize and record anatomy and pathology using sonographic equipment
  • Write reports based on scan results
  • Alert medical staff to any abnormalities

Requirements

  • Active certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • 2 years of recent relevant experience
