Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspection of equipment and tools
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
  • Conduct visual inspections of tools, equipment, and machines to identify potential problems
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to resolve maintenance issues
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory
  • Assist in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical diploma or certification in HVAC/refrigeration preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in general maintenance, electrical, or refrigeration
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles
  • Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) certification and other relevant licenses/certifications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Supervisory experience in a maintenance or facilities role
  • Experience with engineering computer programs and energy management systems
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
