Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team as an Energy Solutions Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our clients' energy plans to customers in a retail store environment, while providing exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of $16 per hour, paid weekly, plus uncapped commission. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including career growth and advancement opportunities, paid training, next day pay on-demand with DailyPay, health benefits, paid time off, and a 401k plan with company match.
Job DescriptionAs an Energy Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for selling our clients' energy plans to customers in a retail store environment. This will involve engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for maintaining professional relationships with customers and fellow employees, while contributing to a team effort to achieve sales targets.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. You will also need to be fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and speak the language fluently. Additionally, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least six months of prior sales or retail experience.
