Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:
- Actively connect with customers to foster relationships.
- Inquire about and listen to customer needs.
- Direct customers to relevant merchandise and inform them about promotions and events.
- Build respectful and inclusive relationships while taking responsibility for your actions.

Store Management:
- Ensure the store maintains an appealing appearance.

Sales Responsibilities:
- Promote additional products and familiarize yourself with the store layout.
- Offer suggestions based on the latest trends and current promotions tailored to customer preferences.
- Upsell products effectively.

Stay informed about product features and trends, utilizing company resources to provide accurate product knowledge.

Utilize a Point-of-Sales system for processing transactions, including cash and card payments, while ensuring accurate cash handling.

Complete necessary paperwork and reports as required.

Inventory Management:
- Oversee merchandise and ensure accurate inventory processes are followed.

Dependability:
- Adhere to your scheduled shifts and follow through on assigned tasks.
- Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Product Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of products and merchandise is preferred.

Experience:
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Communication Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Capable of reading and interpreting instructional documents.
- Effectively communicate with customers and team members.

Mathematical Skills:
- Proficient in basic math operations.

Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while being attentive to customer needs.
- Work collaboratively within a team and take initiative when required.

Physical Requirements:
- This role involves continuous movement, communication, and standing for extended periods.
- May require occasional lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Other Skills:
- Enthusiastic and friendly with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Work Hours:
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

No prior experience is necessary; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
